Return your full price order within 14 days for a refund. You may return any items for a refund via email us at hello@rosieallan.com.
Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged with their original packaging.Should you have a faulty item, please email us at hello@rosieallan.com before sending your item back.
- Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
- Items must be returned to the Rosie Allan warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.
- If you believe your item purchased directly from this website(www.rosieallan.com.au) is faulty, please contact us at hello@rosieallan.com quoting your order number and include a description and images of the fault.
- Once we have confirmed the item as faulty please return the item to us. The coverage of the return postage costs must be confirmed by us prior to the return of the items.
- We process returns within 48 hours of receiving them, PayPal refunds clear almost immediately, credit card refunds can take up to 57 business day depending on your bank.
- We do not offer direct exchanges. We kindly ask that you return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
