Return your full price order within 14 days for a refund. You may return any items for a refund via email us at hello@rosieallan.com.

Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged with their original packaging.Should you have a faulty item, please email us at hello@rosieallan.com before sending your item back.

• Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
• Items must be returned to the Rosie Allan warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.
• If you believe your item purchased directly from this website(www.rosieallan.com.au) is faulty, please contact us at hello@rosieallan.com quoting your order number and include a description and images of the fault.
• Once we have confirmed the item as faulty please return the item to us.  The coverage of the return postage costs must be confirmed by us prior to the return of the items.
• We process returns within 48 hours of receiving them, PayPal refunds clear almost immediately, credit card refunds can take up to 57 business day depending on your bank.
• We do not offer direct exchanges.  We kindly ask that you return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Rosie Allan sunglasses come with a one-year warranty for the original purchaser, starting from the purchase date, against any defects in materials or workmanship, provided they are purchased from an authorized Rosie Allan reseller.

Any alteration to the original lenses or frames will void this warranty. In case of any defect, Rosie Allan will repair or replace the sunglasses, at their discretion, as long as the defect is not caused by improper or unreasonable use.

Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage, and does not cover shipping costs.

Rosie Allan ship all products on terms of DAP(Delivered At Place).

Product price does not include tax and the amount of duties will vary by different terms and tax policy for each country.
